What is table tennis and how does it work?
Table tennis, also known as ping-pong, is a fun and fast-paced indoor sport played on a table with a net down the centre. Two or four players use small paddles to hit a lightweight ball back and forth across the net. The aim is to get the ball to bounce on the opponent’s side of the table without them being able to return it. It’s a great way to stay active and competitive, and it’s suitable for all ages and skill levels.
